Return and Refund Policy

All sales are being fulfilled by licensed retailers on the Barcart network. According to alcohol laws, retailers can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item or issue store credit (gift card) for the amount that was paid for the item. If you would prefer a reshipment, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to product availability.

If the provided delivery address is incorrect, if you refuse delivery, or if delivery is not successful after the final delivery attempt, we will refund you minus any restocking fees incurred. We reserve the right to withhold the shipping costs in addition to the costs of the shipment's return from the refund.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
